Union bank of India technical recruitment 2025 Criteria for eligibility

Only one of the following positions may be applied for, and candidates should confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements listed below before submitting an application.

  • Please be aware that the following eligibility requirements are the prerequisites for applying for the positions.
  • At the time of the interview and any further steps in the hiring process that the Bank requires.
  • Candidates must unavoidably present the pertinent original and photocopied documents attesting to their identity and eligibility in relation to category, nationality, age, educational background, experience certificates, etc.
  • As stated in the online application form. However, a candidate does not automatically become eligible for employment or provide them the right to be appointed to the Bank just because they applied for, appeared for, and/or qualified for the post or posts at any point throughout the selection process.

How to Apply

  • In order to access the Career Overview Page, Candidates must first visit the Bank’s website at www.unionbankofindia.co.in, click the “Recruitments” Page, select “Click to View the Current Recruitment” to access the link “UNION BANK RECRUITMENT PROJECT 2025-26 (SPECIALIST OFFICERS),” and then select “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE” to access the Online Application Form.
  • Select the “Click here for New Registration” tab and fill out the application by entering your name, contact information, and email address. The system will generate a temporary registration number and password, which will be shown on the screen. The candidate needs to write down their password and provisional registration number. Additionally, an email and SMS containing the password and provisional registration number will be delivered.
  • The candidate can select the “SAVE AND NEXT” tab to save the data they have previously submitted if they are unable to finish the application form in one sitting. Candidates are encouraged to check their information in the online application form and make any necessary changes using the “SAVE AND NEXT” feature before submitting their application.
  •  After selecting “COMPLETE REGISTRATION,” candidates are urged to carefully review and confirm the information they have entered in the online application, since no changes will be accepted.
  • The applicant’s or his or her father, husband, etc. name must be spelled accurately in the application as it appears on the identification proof, mark sheets, and certificates. Any discovered modification could disqualify the applicant.
  • Click the “Save & Next” and “Validate your details” buttons to save your application and validate your information.
  • Applicants may upload their photos and signatures in accordance with the guidelines provided in the “Annexure-I” section of the Guidelines for Scanning and Uploading Photographs and Signatures.
  • Candidates can proceed to fill other details of the Application Form. 
  • Before selecting “COMPLETE REGISTRATION,” click the Preview Tab to view and confirm the full application.
  • Make any necessary changes to the information, and only select “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” after making sure the uploaded photo, signature, thumb impression, and other information are accurate.
  • Select the “Payment” tab and make the purchase.
  • The ‘Submit’ button should drop.

Applications by bank serving employees:

Existing Union Bank of India employees may apply as described above, provided they meet the eligibility requirements. A copy of their application will be sent via the appropriate channel (the HR Departments of the Regional Office or the Field General Manager’s Office, which is under their jurisdiction). If chosen, these candidates will leave their current roles at the Bank and re-enter the workforce.
