In this position, you will:
- Process teller transactions, provide digital solutions, and introduce bankers in a suitable manner to foster client involvement.
- Execute operational tasks while reducing risks in accordance with set guidelines.
- Effectively carry out ordinary transactional, operational, and customer support duties by being knowledgeable about bank policies and offerings as well as partners within the company.
- Obtain guidance from supervisors and use discretion while adhering to established norms and procedures.
- Refer inquiries and problems to more seasoned positions.
- Engage with clients and people to show concern, establish rapport, and finish required transactions.
- Determine which services and information will best serve the financial requirements of your clients.
Essential Requirements:
Experience dealing with clients for at least six months, or an equivalent, as shown by one or more of the following: education, training, military experience, and work experience.
Desired Credentials:
- Customer support concentration and expertise managing intricate transactions across several systems
- Capacity to promote the benefits of mobile banking choices, educate clients, and link them to technology
- Capacity to communicate with clients and team members in a sincere and professional manner Experience collaborating with people in a team to satisfy client demands
- Experience managing cash
- Capacity to adhere to rules, guidelines, and policies Capacity to recognize potentially fraudulent or dangerous accounts and take the necessary steps to avoid loss
- Independent, well-organized, and capable of setting priorities in a hectic setting
- Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines
- Working in human resources, military recruiting, wartime preparedness operations, processing military personnel orders or transitions, or personnel benefits management are examples of relevant military experience.
- Capable of aggressively seeking out, obtaining, establishing, and preserving connections with clients and coworkers
Expectations for the job:
- Capacity to adhere to a program that could involve regular Saturdays
