Regarding this position:

A Lead Quality Assurance Administrator is needed by Wells Fargo.

In this position, you’ll:

• Support team performance and overall efficacy, conduct cross-group complicated quality assurance, and evaluate problems and issues to make sure that activities adhere to the relevant risk management and internal and external regulatory procedures.
• Give comments and offer suggestions for enhancing or putting procedures and instruments into use.
• Execute or mentor others in the intricate development of novel ideas, methods, and standards that call for preparation, assessment, and interpretation.
• Prioritize tasks on your own, lead and mentor the team on a daily basis, and lead or participate in reviews that include trend analysis and findings, suggested changes to improve future quality, test development, and results reporting.
• Coach lower-level analysts on quality assurance, department operations, procedures, and policies; and offer direction and subject matter expertise to the immediate team and functional area.

Essential Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in quality assurance, or a comparable amount of time, as evidenced by one or more of the following: education, training, military experience, and work experience
