In this position, you’ll:

Essential Requirements:

  • 6+ years of expertise in analytics, or a comparable amount of time, as evidenced by one or more of the following: education, training, military experience, and work experience
  • Three or more years of experience in leadership or management

Ideal Requirements:

  • More than six years of expertise in software engineering, five of those years spent working with AIML, Gen AI, LLM, Cloud, and On-Prem, and a track record of successfully delivering many AIML/Gen AI products at an enterprise level.
  • Five or more years of experience in leadership or management
  • Preferably previous banking management experience
  • Capacity to demonstrate co-ownership and accountability in a matrix structure in order to deliver and interact with partners in a multicultural setting.
  • emphasis on delivery and readiness to operate in a fast-paced, corporate setting.
  • familiarity with cloud computing, on-premises enterprise, AIML, Gen AI, and LLM

Expectations for the job:

  • Experience in offering thought leadership and the know-how to create and implement key plans to create and deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Exposure to the cloud and its services, including as orchestration, automation, trends, and top-tier cloud vendor offers.
  • Excellent exposure to frameworks for Gen AI.
  • High level of comprehension and familiarity with llms

  • Proficiency in managing vendors and influencing and negotiating with stakeholders
