In this capacity, you’ll:

• Help with the publishing and editing duties in the Global Research & Economics Group at Wells Fargo Securities.
• Make and manage mailing lists, send research papers to market data suppliers, make research packets, and provide clients with internet access.
• Assign reports to editors and supervising analysts to ensure optimal utilization of available resources.
• Arrange databases.
• Consult with leaders for advice.
• As you acquire the knowledge required to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance needs, exercise your own judgment.

Securities Research Associate for Research Hyderabad Recruitment 2025

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in securities research for at least two years, or an equivalent amount of time, as shown by one or more of the following: education, training, military experience, and work experience

Ideal Requirements:

• A top-tier educational institution’s MBA, CA, CFA, or Masters in Finance
• Two or more years of experience in debt advising, credit research, or corporate banking
• Work experience in any of the following industries is preferred: banks and/or FIG
• Strong desire to pursue a career in capital markets, investment banking, corporate banking, or corporate finance
• Strong knowledge of capital structure, covenants, credit measures, financial statements, and ratio analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the capacity to engage with important stakeholders and senior individuals
• Excellent analytical and logical abilities as well as a methodical approach to problem solving
• Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint, two Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent time management abilities, the capacity to perform under pressure, and the ability to adhere to deadlines
• A keen eye for detail and the capacity to guarantee excellent outputs
• Capacity to communicate with team members and management at all levels with honesty and professionalism
• Results-oriented, responsible, and competent to manage several tasks in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting

Expectations for the job:

• Participate independently in a variety of work streams that are essential to Wells Fargo’s Corporate Banking debt financing, F/X, and/or rates products across industries.
• Help with creating credit memos, credit reports, or annual reviews for corporate clients. This includes helping to develop business descriptions, industry overviews, company/borrower overviews, corporate actions, and historical financial and peer analyses.
• Work on releasing quarterly or annual results summaries for the companies in your target portfolio and monitoring equity or credit rating reports.
• Create sector newsletters and market or sector updates to stay abreast of important market happenings.
• Work on the capital structure, covenant analysis, and borrower rating.
• Keep an eye on and record covenant compliance.
• Assistance with creating CAC Memos, annual credit evaluations, and non-borrower reports
• Gain a thorough understanding of market database tools, such as Fact Set, Thomson One, Capital IQ, Moody’s, S&P, and others.
• Engage with a variety of stakeholders to accomplish the intended outcome.
