In collaboration with several product teams within the company, the CB CIB Digital team is seeking a creative individual to concentrate on creating and developing new digital lending experiences for “Wells Fargo Vantage.” In order to create and deliver transformative experiences for a specific product or products inside the unique journeys on Vantage, such as Lending on the Digital Channels Team, this person will support the strategic roadmap, product vision, and end-to-end execution. The chosen applicant will be able to gain new experiences, use their diverse set of business, communication, and analytical skills, demonstrate leadership, and work well in a team.

In this role, you will:
- Oversee the creation and implementation of intricate digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that have a wide-ranging effect on the entire organization.
- Participate actively in extensive planning
- Examine and evaluate intricate digital strategies in the areas of product, functionality, and experience.
- Influence the business line’s digital strategy by thoroughly analyzing a number of variables, such as intangibles or previously unheard-of issues.
- Make choices regarding the digital strategy for the product, functionality, and experience areas that need for a thorough comprehension of the company, its policies, procedures, and/or compliance needs.
- Oversee a diverse group of digital experts to fulfill deadlines and advance new projects.
- To solve problems and accomplish objectives, strategically cooperate and confer with peers, coworkers, and mid-level to senior management.
- Possibly take charge of teams or projects or act as a peer mentor.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience managing digital products for at least five years, or an equivalent amount of time, as shown by one or more of the following: education, training, military experience, and work experience

- demonstrated ability to deliver results in a matrix organization and recognizes the importance of forming cross-functional alliances throughout the company
Desired Qualifications:

- five years or more of experience in financial services, ideally in corporate or commercial banking.
- 4+ years of experience with Agile
- Two or more years of experience in lending
- strong knowledge of digital, information architecture, software development, business transformation, design thinking, and service design methodologies.
- proven ability to include IT teams and other stakeholders in order to assist critical business decisions.
- Strong technical skills, the capacity to steer discussions on the viability of new technologies, and knowledge of API request/response parameters.
- Proven expertise in agile software delivery and product management, with experience in every stage of the product development lifecycle.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and vocal communication abilities.
- Delivery Product management execution, including participation in cross-functional teams (Global).
- expertise with prototyping tools and frameworks, as well as UX/UI-specific elements or websites or portals.
