In this position, you’ll:

• Examine a variety of credit data and intricate credit investigations for loans.
• Determine opportunities for process enhancements within the functional area or scope of responsibility.
• Examine and identify fundamental operational tasks that call for autonomous judgment to direct medium-risk deliverables through study, appraisal, and alternative selection.
• As you gain knowledge of the role, rules, procedures, and compliance needs, make suggestions for handling complicated circumstances and use your own discretion.
• Consult and work together with internal partners, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including both internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience managing a commercial banking portfolio for at least four years, or an equivalent amount of time, as shown by one or more of the following: education, training, military experience, and work experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in loan negotiations (rates, terms, and collateral requirements)
• Experience in underwriting, such as advanced commercial or specialty group relationship credit
• Extensive familiarity with risk management, loan servicing, credit policy, and group underwriting requirements
• Understanding and familiarity with the products and services offered by commercial and specialty group banks
• Experience in commercial underwriting for at least four years
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in analysis, including the ability to evaluate intricate data
• Outstanding interpersonal communication, writing, and speaking abilities
• Having at least a bachelor’s degree or familiarity using Blast, Credit view, or Ncino

Pay Range: 

Charlotte – North Carolina Pay Range: $100,000 – $163 ,000 annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations) 

Minneapolis – Minnesota Pay Range: $110,000 – $179 ,000 annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations) 

Long Beach – California Pay Range: $120,000 – $196,000SD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)

San Francisco – California Pay Range: $120,000 – $196,000 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
