In order to get admission to postgraduate and doctoral engineering programs, students must pass the Graduate Aptitude in Engineering (GATE) Exam. Currently, it is scheduled for February 2025. Participants in the IOCL recruiting process are those who meet the GATE Eligibility Criteria.

Minimum Marks in Qualifying Degree

IOCL Recruitment 2025: Salary
- Candidates on Junior Operator posts will be given a salary ranging from Rs 23,000 to Rs 78,000 every month.
- Candidates on Junior Attendant posts will be given a salary ranging from Rs 23,000 to Rs 78,000 every month.
- Candidates on Junior Business Assistant posts will be given a salary ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 1,05,000 every month.
- The selection of candidates for this recruitment will be done on the basis of Computer Based Test followed by Skill/Efficiency/Physical Test (SPPT).
