This position will involve:
- Create and execute an FX and EM Rates strategy in APAC in accordance with global business strategies to increase its revenue base.
- Find ways to improve the current platform and aggressively promote platform expansion.
- Provide our client franchise with financial outcomes and market share.
- Collaborate with the Global Sales team to expand and enhance our present clientele and establish enduring relationships with them.
- Make sure every transaction satisfies all operational risk and compliance specifications.
- Pricing, the development of solid, data-driven trade concepts, and regular communication with sales are ways to serve clients.
- In collaboration with different risk management functions, produce steady profitability and exercise sensible risk management.
- Collaborate with other Trading Desks in various places to effectively and precisely distribute information pertinent to the market.
- Utilize internal technology to enhance trading desk infrastructure and maximize electronic trading throughout Asia, Europe, and the US.
- Give input on client satisfaction and offer suggestions to further product innovation.

Essential Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience trading securities, or the equivalent, as proven by one or more of the following: education, training, military experience, and work experience.
Desired Credentials:
- A university degree or other advanced training combined with comparable experience
- Excellent business sense with a tactical and strategic focus, along with a strong feeling of urgency and dedication.
- Extensive familiarity with macroeconomic dynamics, ndfs, dfs, and FX products and solutions, as well as EM rates.
- Thorough knowledge of the risk, regulatory, and technical developments affecting rates and foreign exchange enterprises
- Technical proficiency in matters pertaining to risk management, compliance, and regulations.
- The capacity to evaluate data and apply it to initiative management and decision-making.
- A proven track record of successfully applying project management disciplines to the methodical execution of initiatives.
- Highest degree of honesty, sound judgment, and confidentiality-preserving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder skills and cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities.
- Outstanding communication and persuasion abilities, as well as sound business judgment.
- Partnership skills and the ability to function well in a matrix organizational framework.
- Appropriate permission to trade rates and foreign exchange.
