In this role, you will:

  • Assist in the provision of HR services and products across one or more HR functional areas that may be connected to, but not restricted to, one or more HR functional areas, including: Pay, benefits, administration of incentive plans, HRIS and records management, employee and labour relations, leave of absence, talent acquisition, talent management, and HR compliance
  • Look for methods to enhance records management, query resolution, and the fulfilment of different transaction processing demands pertaining to HR goods and procedures while adhering to established protocols.
  • Carry out regular, transactional, administrative, operational, or customer service duties.
  • Support service delivery of HR processes and products across one or more HR functional areas that may be connected to, but not restricted to, any of the following: Leave of absence, employee and labor relations, HRIS and records management, compensation, benefits, incentive plan administration, talent acquisition, talent management, and HR compliance
  • In accordance with established protocols, look for methods to enhance records management, query resolution, and the fulfilment of different transaction processing demands pertaining to HR goods and procedures.
  • Execute standard administrative, transactional, operational, or customer service duties.

Essential Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience supporting operations, or the equivalent, as proven by one or more of the following: education, training, military experience, and work experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Operations support experience, or an equivalent, as proven by one or more of the following: education, training, military experience, or employment experience.
  • having worked in a call center for at least six months. Ideally with banking, support, or HR call center expertise.
  • completed a minimum of two years of college.
  • competent with Contract Resource Tools, ServiceNow, or Workday.
  • strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. able to precisely do a large amount of work by the deadline.
  • able to work on a changing schedule, primarily according to US time.
  • Workable on a few US and Philippine holidays.

Expectations for the job:

  • Answer consumer questions about at least three essential competencies (Qualified Events, NH Benefits, and Payroll).
  • Answer simple to moderately complicated questions in areas of expertise (may be with assistance from managers or senior HR representatives).
  • Use the Employee Care resources to offer clients first contact resolution or high-quality Tier 1 level support (i.e., procedures, knowledge articles, alerts, etc.)
  • Assure high-quality case documentation.
  • Work with the leadership to resolve any questions that are not covered in the Employee Care resources.
  • Give staff members a satisfying customer experience.
