Associate Customer Service Representative Everyday Banking vacancy for Operations Charlotte Recruitment 20

In this role you will:

  • In a fast-paced, high-volume workplace, assist customers and look for ways to improve their questions or concerns about financial products and services with empathy using a range of channels, including phone, text, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication.
  • Complete daily tasks like responding to questions, fixing issues, and offering the best possible customer experience while following work rules, policies, and regulations and utilizing several computer systems.
  • Direct inquiries and concerns to higher-ranking staff members.

Requirements:

6+ months of experience in contact centers, financial services, or customer service, or equivalent, as proven by one or more of the following: education, training, military experience, and work experience

Desired Experience:

  • Capacity to listen, effectively extract information, understand, and address client concerns while delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of staff and customers, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment
  • Experience in the military addressing complicated problems through written or verbal communication, such as supplying action requests, updating personnel records, responding to inquiries about benefits or compensation, fixing mistakes, conducting research, and other tasks as asked by clients
  • Capacity to navigate various computer systems and applications, reach or surpass company goals and objectives, and use search tools to locate information
  • Knowledge, comprehension, and familiarity with social media, mobile, and internet technologies

Expectations for the job:

  • Must be able to attend full duration of required training period​
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship​
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed ​
  • Schedule may be eligible for a shift differential under the terms of the shift differential policy
  • Must work on-site at the location posted ​

Training Schedule:

  • You will learn about Wells Fargo banking products, processes, and services through comprehensive classroom instruction, ongoing on-the-job training, and coaching.
  • The seven-week training session begins on September 15, 2025. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. is when training is held. You must stay for the entire seven weeks of this paid training.
  • We are open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Your regular work schedule will be determined by the needs of the company.

Compensation: 

  • Starting pay of $20 per hour
