For Security Screener (Fresher)
- Educational Qualification: Graduation from any recognized Board/University/Institution, with a minimum of 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS candidates and 55% marks for SC/ST candidates.
- Candidates must enter the percentage of marks in numeric form only (e.g., 60, 70, 80) and not in CGPA or any other format while filling the online form.
- Age Limit: Should not be more than 27 years as on July 30, 2025.
- Language Skills: Ability to read/speak English, Hindi and/or be conversant with the local language.
AAICLAS Selection Process 2025
The selection process for both positions will primarily involve:
- Online Application: Using the “career” section of the official AAICLAS website, qualified applicants must complete the online application.
- Shortlisting:
- Security Screener (Fresher): Candidates with a higher percentage of marks at the Graduation level will be called first for online interaction.
- Assistant (Security): Candidates with a higher percentage of marks in the 12th Standard will be called first for online interaction.
- Online Interaction (Interview): Those who get the short list will be contacted for a face-to-face online interview. The AAICLAS website and registered email will be used to announce the time and date. Simply showing up for the interview does not guarantee a spot.
- Document Verification: At the time of joining, chosen candidates will be required to present original documentation proving their age, caste or category, nationality, and educational background.
